बिसरे भूले दिन आज फिर याद आये उन्हें

गाँवो में ऐसी गर्मी की रातो में छत पे सोये सोये तारो को देखना, फिर जिस दिन स्कूल में गुरु जी से सप्तर्षि तारो के समूह के बारे में जाना उसके बाद वो सात तारे अपनी खास जान पहचान वाले तारो से लगने लगे थे, 
रात को उस सप्तऋषि तारो के समूह को देखते हुये सोने की आदत कई सालो तक बरक़रार रही, 
रात को गांव के तालाब के पास वाले पीपल और नीम के पेड़ो से बह कर आने वाली ठंडी हवाओ के झोंको से टकरा कर हम कब अपनी सपनो की दुनिया में खो जाते थे पता भी न चलता था,
और नींद सुबह चिड़ियों की चहचहाहट, गायों के गले की घंटियों और सूर्य देव के आने की आहट से ही खुलती थी,
वैसे इनमे एक साइंस ये भी था की सुबह चिड़ियों की चहचहाहट और गाय के गले की घंटियो की आवाज़ से हर जगह पॉजिटिव ऊर्जा का संचार होता है, हमारे बड़े बुजुर्ग कितने विद्वान थे इसका अंदाज़ा इसी बात से लगाया जा सकता है,
उस सुकून भरी नींद के लिए न तो कभी हीट स्प्रे करने की जरुरत पड़ी न कभी आल आउट जलाने की,
अब के इन महंगे ऐसी और महंगे बिस्तरो में भी सोते वक़्त हमे कल की चिंता, फ्यूचर के लिए इन्वेस्टमेंट, टैक्स सेविंग, बच्चों के भविष्य की चिन्ता के झोंको में टकरा कर कब नींद लग जाती है पता ही नहीं चलता, और अगले दिन सुबह से हम अपने उस अंजान से डर के लिए मशीनों की तरह दौड़ भाग जारी रखते हैं,
जिंदगी तब भी बहुत स्मूथ थी जब हम बेपरवाह हुआ करते थे,
तब और आज में फर्क ये है, तब हम प्लांनिग किया करते थे और अब चिंता,
जो चीजे जैसी हैं उन्हें वैसे ही चलने दीजिये क्योंकि वो महज़ हमारे चिंता करने से नहीं सुधारी जा सकती हैं,
इसीलिए हमारे गुरु जी कहते थे, इस दुनिया की सत्ता चलाने वाले पर इतना भरोसा रखियेगा जिस दिन स्थितियां आउट ऑफ़ कन्ट्रोल होगी उस दिन वो भी आप को स्तिथियों को आउट ऑफ़ आर्डर जाकर कंट्रोल करने लायक सक्षम बना ही देगा

Naya Raipur  is the new capital city of Chhattisgarh, a state in Central India. Located between National Highways NH-6 and NH-43, it is 17 km away in the south-east direction from the current capital Raipur;Swami Vivekananda Airport separates the old and new cities. Naya Raipur is serving as the administrative capital of the State and also cater to the infrastructural needs of industry and trade in the region.

Naya Raipur spreads over an area of about 8000 hectares. It includes 41 villages out of which 27 villages form the core of the Naya Raipur. The population of just one village has been displaced in this renovation of villages for the construction of Naya Raipur. About half of the total acquired land is being used for afforestation, roads, parks, public conveniences, water facilities-canals, green belts etc. 23 percent of the land would be reserved for educational institutions, government offices and public auditoriums etc. 30 percent of the land will be used for residential and economical purposes. Naya Raipur would be India's fourth planned capital city after Gandhinagar(Gujarat), Chandigarh (Punjab and Harayana) and Bhubaneshwar (Orissa).

Raipur is an urban agglomeration comprising the city of Raipur along with the new city of Naya Raipur and the industrial city of Bhilai-Durg. Although there is no integrated civic body for Greater Raipur till now but the growing population of both Raipur and Bhilai and the birth of Naya Raipur has propelled the concept of a single urban agglomeration. The Metro Rail Project is the 1st project based on the concept of an integrated approach for Greater Raipur.
